Yes he had Brahma's armour but he never used brahma's armour. see it
If Arjuna used brahma armour then how susharma pierced the arrows in Arjuna's chest.
Narr:- Then Susharma, O king, with a straight arrow, PIERCED Arjuna in the CHEST, and then he pierced him with three other shafts. Deeply pierced therewith, and feeling great pain, Arjuna sat down on the terrace of his car.
Hence it was Arjuna's greatness that he never used his impenetrable armour.
