Arjuna was one of the most handsome warriors of Mahabharat. The colour of his skin was dark-blue which was rare on earth thats why his personality was extremely attractive and unique.
I am not saying that Arjuna was the most handsome man of his time because that title goes to Nakula but Arjuna was definitely one of the most handsome men of Mahabharata and certainly better than Karna and Duryodhana in beauty.
His beauty was praised by Yudhisthira, Draupadi, Vaishyampyana and Krishna themselves. No other person is praised for his beauty as many times as Arjuna was praised.
Jaya(Mahabharata) has glorified Jaya(Arjuna) for his beauty as much as they have glorified Arjuna for his prowess.
To be honest Karna was also a handsome person, however he was not even dust of feet of Arjuna in beauty. He(Karna) was just a fatty guy. The Handsomeness of Arjuna was on another level.
Have a look at some of the narratives from Vyasa's Mahabharata, which praise Arjuna's beauty :-

hall. O Pandava! It was full of all kinds of gems and was famous in the three worlds. He is like Vasudeva in his valour. He is Kartavirya’s equal in war. He is invincible and unconquered in battle. I do not see Phalguna. The one who slew enemies with his valour was born after the immensely valorous Sankarshana, after Bhima who is unvanquished in battle and after
Vasudeva. The strength of his arms is equal to the power of Purandara. He is equal to the wind in his speed, to the moon in the beauty of his face and to eternal death in his anger.
